Edit user roles

This capability is available only for users with Customer Admin role.

To edit user roles:

  1. From the platform top bar, click your name and then click Administration.

    The Administration window opens.

  2. Click Users and locate the user you want to edit.
  3. Click the ellipsis next to the user you want to edit and then click Edit roles.

  4. From the Select role list, select the role you want to assign to the user, and then click Update.
