Hunters’ AI Acceptable Use Policy
This AI Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the artificial intelligence–powered services, capabilities, and features made available within the Hunters platform (collectively, “AI Capabilities”). This Policy supplements Hunters’ SaaS Terms of Service or your other applicable license agreement with Hunters. References to “you” or “your” refer to the customer as defined in those terms.
Our Commitment to Responsible AI
Hunters is committed to designing and delivering AI Capabilities that are trustworthy, reliable, and aligned with applicable ethical and legal standards. Our goal is to enhance security outcomes and user experience while prioritizing safety, fairness, transparency, and accountability.
As part of our development lifecycle, Hunters performs AI impact and risk assessments consistent with industry best practices. These assessments are intended to identify and mitigate potential risks, including bias, unintended consequences, and misuse, while embedding privacy and security considerations by design.
Use of Third-Party AI Services
Hunters’ AI Capabilities leverage third-party generative AI technologies provided by external service providers, including Microsoft Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock (collectively, “AI Service Providers”). These AI Service Providers host and operate certain third-party AI models used in connection with Hunters’ AI Capabilities.
Your inputs and generated outputs are not used by the underlying model providers to train their foundation models.
Hunters and the applicable AI Service Providers may implement technical and organizational measures to detect, prevent, and mitigate patterns of use or behavior that indicate misuse of the AI Capabilities or violations of this Policy or other applicable terms.
In addition to Hunters’ SaaS Terms of Service or your other applicable license agreement with Hunters, use of the AI capabilities is subject to the relevant third-party terms, including the Microsoft AI Code of Conduct and AWS Bedrock Terms, as applicable.
Your Responsibilities
The AI Capabilities operate by identifying patterns in data and generating outputs such as predictions, recommendations, or summaries. These outputs are probabilistic in nature and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating and exercising appropriate judgment before relying on any AI-generated output in operational, security, or business decision-making. All decisions and actions taken, or not taken, based on the AI Capabilities remain your responsibility.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal bases to share such data within the AI capabilities. You are responsible for any legal consequences arising from your inputs, including claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses.
THE AI CAPABILITIES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE AI CAPABILITIES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, SUBJECT TO ANY APPLICABLE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY AND IN YOUR AGREEMENT WITH HUNTERS.
Additional information about specific AI Capabilities, including their intended purpose and limitations, is available on the corresponding Documentation page of each AI Capability.
Acceptable Use Restrictions
You may not use, nor permit others to use, the AI Capabilities in any manner that:
violates applicable laws or regulations;
facilitates fraud, deception, or the deliberate spread of false or misleading information;
infringes upon the rights of others, including privacy, data protection, or intellectual property rights;
enables harassment, abuse, or harm toward individuals or groups;
attempts to bypass safeguards, safety controls, or usage limitations;
compromises the security, integrity, or availability of systems, networks, software, or data.
Opting Out of AI Capabilities
Unless explicitly indicated otherwise, AI capabilities are enabled and activated by default as part of the Hunters platform. If you choose not to use one or more AI capabilities, your organization’s authorized system administrator may submit a support request to Hunters to disable the applicable AI Capability. Disabling an AI capability may limit or affect the availability of certain features or functionality within the Platform.
Policy Updates
Hunters may modify this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or business practices. Updates will be effective upon publication.
