My connected data source shows an "AUTHENTICATION_FAILED" error
🤔 Problem
If your data source was ingesting data correctly, and suddenly stopped with an “AUTHENTICATION_FAILED” error, you might have to refresh your credentials.
🌱 Solution
Some data sources, like Azure, generate credentials or tokens for a limited amount of time that need to be periodically refreshed.
Open Hunters documentation.
Search for the required data source and read the integration instructions.
Perform the required steps to create or renew the credentials on the data source side.
Open the Hunters portal and click on the 3 dots on the right side of the data source.
Edit the credentials and test the connection.
After the connection test is successful, click Save.
If the issue persists, open a ticket to Hunters production services via the support portal.
My connected data source shows an "ACCESS DENIED" error
🤔 Problem
If you’re trying to connect a data source through an S3 bucket and you’re receiving an ACCESS DENIED error, it could be due to incorrect bucket settings.
🌱 Solution
Open the relevant bucket on AWS.
Open the bucket’s Permissions tab and scroll down to the Object Ownership section.
Click Edit and change the policy to ACLs disabled.
If the issue persists, open a ticket to Hunters production services via the support portal.
